Chiropractor & Owner
Danielle Pierson D.C.
A Love for the Area:
I grew up in Northern California with a love of family and sports. In 2008, I moved to a small town in Northeast Iowa to attend Upper Iowa University on a volleyball scholarship. I absolutely love the Midwest and I look forward to calling Ankeny IA my home for many years to come.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Upper Iowa University, I went on to earn a Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2014, where I graduated magna cum laude.
Chiropractic Education:
While attending Palmer College, I advanced my adjusting techniques and chiropractic skills by joining the Troxell Intern Program. This is an extensive program that specializes in assimilating the knowledge and skills necessary to become the absolute best chiropractor within the Gonstead system. Through this program I have attended and completed over 100 hours of Gonstead-specific seminars learning an array of valuable information for extremities, gait evaluation and specific spinal adjusting. Outside of the adjusting experience gained at Palmer clinics, I went on a Clinic Abroad trip to Manaus, Brazil where we helped bring spinal healthcare to an underprivileged community.
Active Lifestyle:
In my spare time I love spending time with my husband Nate and our two kids, Baylor and Brewer. I enjoy working out in the gym and anything related to volleyball.
Family Focused Care:
I have a passion for infants, children of all ages, female health and the spinal health of young athletes. My goal is to improve the quality of life for every patient and help maintain an active, healthy lifestyle, full of the things you enjoy. I strive to help people get well through chiropractic care.
Family Wellness Chiropractic hopes our dedication for helping you and your family is evident. We know that your health is important to pursue your passions in life. I look forward to meeting you and your family to discuss how specific chiropractic care can help you live your healthiest life.

Miranda Good D.C.
Dr. Miranda Good graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Exercise and Health. While obtaining her degree she fell in love with helping people reach their peak health from an exercise stand point.
Over time she learned that many people had physical, emotional, and mental limitations that prevented them from reaching their optimal health potential. She wanted the opportunity to help people surpass those limitations; which led her to begin interning at a chiropractic clinic in Indiana. She loved the chiropractic philosophy of healing the body from the inside out, and that the nervous system is the powerhouse behind that. Health comes from WITHIN!
Dr. Miranda graduated from the fountainhead of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018. While in school she invested herself in a variety of chiropractic techniques, but gravitated towards the Gonstead System of chiropractic analysis. The Troxell Intern program inspired her, so she immersed herself in the Gonstead System and became an intern. The program is dedicated to helping students learn and practice the Gonstead System, while creating a strong network of like-minded practitioners around the world.
Dr. Miranda believes in helping each person reach their full health potential through whole body optimization, which first and foremost is dictated by their nervous system!
Outside of the office she enjoys strength training at the gym- she has been a competitor in Powerlifting since 2018. She also loves spoiling and spending time with her mini golden doodle, Winston.

I was born and raised in Iowa. My late husband and I were married in 1996 and settled on an acreage in Cambridge. God has blessed us with 4 beautiful daughters and 2 sons in law.
Some things I enjoy and look forward to are church, spending time with family and friends, music/concerts, volleyball, jigsaw puzzles and games, and being out in the sunshine. After being a patient, I was hired in 2021 and have loved working here. I am also a homemaker, receptionist at a 55+ Community, seasonally work at an orchard and am a health coach.

I'm a Minnesota girl who moved to Iowa for my husband's job back in 2013. Our two boys have thrived in Iowa, but Minnesota will always have my heart. My husband and I have been married for 25 years!
I have been a chiropractic patient since college but I really felt I found my home with chiropractic when I discovered the Gonstead technique. Our whole family benefits from chiropractic care and I'm so happy we found Family Wellness Chiropractic.
I have a background in Montessori education as well as Birth Doula work and have been a sub in Ankeny for the past several years. I also worked at Starbucks for five years and it is in my top 5 of favorite jobs! Being at Family Wellness Chiropractic gives me the opportunity to create relationships with patients which is something I thrive on.
Free time includes lots of time with friends and family in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I love reformer Pilates, walking my three dogs, live music, traveling, watching movies and reading.
